Pay the expedited shipping cost at check out to receive you order in 2-3 business days.
We can do absolutely NO refunds. Zero exceptions. However, we still want all customers to be happy with our services. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us at info@belleheiress.com and we can offer an exchange for the same item in a different size.
All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 7 days for SIZE EXCHANGE. We only offer ONE time exchange.
We ship via USPS for normal shipping and FedEx for expedited orders. Tracking number will be emailed to you when order is shipped if you have not received your tracking number please Email at info@Belleheiress.com with "Track Package" as subject, include your full name associated with the order and item ordered.
