How long will it take to receive my order?

 

All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Most orders ship out within 7-14 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. The BH staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, Monkey Pox, you may experience shipping delays.

What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

 

We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc...

What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website but my package has not arrived yet?

We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Belle Heiress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.

 

How do I do a rush order? 

Pay the expedited shipping cost at check out to receive your order in 2-3 business days.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped? 

We ship via USPS for shipping and FedEx for expedited orders

Tracking number will be emailed to you when order is shipped if you have not received your tracking number, please Email info@Belleheiress.com put "track package" in subject line, include your full name associated with the order and item ordered.
